Al-Najat Charity Renews ISO Certification for the Third Year

Al-Najah Charity Association renewed its ISO 9001:2015 international quality management system certification for the third consecutive year, successfully completing an external audit conducted by the international accreditation body Zeppy Certification. This achievement reflects the association’s commitment to applying the highest standards of corporate quality and governance, and to entrenching a culture of continuous improvement across its various sectors.

The audit process included a comprehensive review of the association’s policies, procedures, and administrative and operational systems to ensure compliance with the requirements of the international standard. The audit results demonstrated the efficiency of the institutional work system and the association’s ability to maintain high levels of quality and compliance, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of implementing its humanitarian projects and programs both within Kuwait and abroad.
