Al-Qadisiyah faces Al-Arabi in their second friendly match

Al-Qadsieh’s first team is set to play its second friendly match today in the Turkish city of Izmit, facing Saudi side Al-Orobah at 5:45 PM Kuwait time, as part of the Yellow Army’s preparations for the upcoming 2025 Premier League season and their participation in the AFC Challenge League.

Al-Qadsieh had previously played one friendly against Saudi club Al-Zulfi, which ended in a 1-1 draw. The team has two more matches remaining before returning to Kuwait on the 18th, meaning they will not be able to play any additional friendlies upon their return due to the tight schedule ahead of the league’s kickoff.

Head coach Mohamed Ibrahim is aiming to quickly finalize the squad’s foreign players by signing a fifth overseas professional, who will play in defense, replacing Algerian defender Sofiane Bouchar. The club has already signed four foreign players: Moroccans Hamza Khaba and Ayoub Al-Khadir, Omani Abdulrahman Al-Mashfari, and Nigerian Gabriel Urok.
