Al Arabiya Real Estate contributes $500,000 to support the Emergency Response

In line with its firm commitment to its national responsibility and its support for strategic initiatives that enhance Kuwait’s readiness to confront current exceptional circumstances, Al-Arabiya Al-Aqariya (Arab Real Estate Company) announced a financial contribution of $500,000 to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund. This donation underscores the company’s commitment to supporting the national initiative launched by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, which aims to strengthen Kuwait’s preparedness.
This initiative supports national efforts and affirms the synergy between the private sector and state institutions in addressing the urgent geopolitical challenges and developments affecting the region, while preserving the sustainability of critical infrastructure and essential services. These efforts contribute to supporting the state’s stability, ensuring the continuity of its basic services, and safeguarding national achievements.
In this context, Emad Jawad Bu-Khamsin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Arabiya Al-Aqariya, emphasized that the company’s contribution aligns with national efforts and responds to the Cabinet’s decision to establish the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund through the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development. The fund aims to finance national initiatives designed to enhance the state’s readiness to respond to emergency situations and conditions, and to mitigate their impact on infrastructure and vital facilities.
Bu-Khamsin noted that this support is not new for the company, but rather an extension of Al-Arabiya Al-Aqariya’s distinguished track record in supporting pioneering national, social, and humanitarian initiatives that have a tangible impact on society. These efforts embody the concepts of loyalty to the nation and social and human solidarity.
He highlighted the importance of mobilizing national efforts and integrating institutional roles, enabling the state to deal efficiently and swiftly with emergency conditions and exceptional challenges. He also stressed the need to enhance efforts to rehabilitate damaged facilities and improve their operational capacity and efficiency, ensuring the continuity of services under all circumstances.
Bu-Khamsin prayed that God would protect Kuwait and its people from all harm, under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. He reaffirmed the company’s continued leadership role in national, social, and developmental work, and its pride in contributing to this fund, which highlights Kuwait’s bright image.
For his part, Abdullah Maqafi, Vice Chairman of Al-Arabiya Al-Aqariya, stated that the participation of the Kuwaiti private sector in the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund is part of a partnership with state institutions to support infrastructure efficiency, enhance the state’s readiness, and ensure the sustainability of urban and investment infrastructure.
