The General Administration of Experts is 100% Kuwaiti

Dr. Fawaz Boudi, Acting Head of the General Administration of Experts, announced the full completion of the administration’s Kuwaitization at 100%, in implementation of the first phase of the development plan launched by Minister of Justice Advisor Nasser Al-Samait in May last year. Boudi told KUNA that the completion of Kuwaitization covers all employees in expert positions, including engineers, accountants, and legal researchers, emphasizing that this step strengthens full reliance on national competencies in carrying out the administration’s tasks. He clarified that the next phase will see a more equitable and efficient redistribution of work among experts, the implementation of periodic rotation, and an improvement in performance levels, the quality of technical reports, and their timely completion, alongside the completion of the digital transformation of the administration’s services. The Minister of Justice had previously announced on May 9 the launch of a comprehensive plan to develop the General Administration of Experts, the foremost objective of which is the full Kuwaitization of the administration starting from early August, by terminating the services of all non-Kuwaiti employees working in expert positions as engineers, accountants, and legal researchers.
