In remarks following the issuance of two ministerial decrees appointing Major General Hamad Al-Munifi as Deputy Assistant Minister for Public Security Affairs, and Major General Fawaz Al-Roumi as Deputy Assistant Minister for Supporting Security Services Affairs, and conferring upon Major General Al-Roumi the rank of Major General, the Deputy Prime Minister stressed the importance of developing human resources, fostering a work environment that encourages excellence and innovation, improving institutional performance efficiency, keeping pace with security developments, and implementing the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to enhance the efficiency of the security system and boost its readiness.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousif issued two ministerial decrees appointing Major General Hamad Al-Munifi as Deputy Assistant Minister for Public Security Affairs and Major General Fawaz Al-Roumi as Deputy Assistant Minister for Supporting Security Services Affairs.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousif conferred upon Major General Al-Roumi the rank of Major General, noting that the issuance of the two ministerial decrees coincided with the issuance of two Amir decrees on Sunday appointing them to their positions.
