Alaa Khalifa: The Center for Practical Education at the College of Education – Kuwait University launched the digital transformation of the field training system. This qualitative leap involved uploading and hosting all forms and reports related to all parties in the training process—internal supervisors (department heads), external supervisors (educational zone coordinators), school principals, and student trainees—on the Center for Practical Education’s page on the college’s website, thereby achieving the desired sustainability.
This transformation was carried out under the supervision of Acting Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Suad Al-Farraj, and direct oversight by Acting Director of the Center for Practical Education, Dr. Sultan Al-Sahli, with the participation of a team comprising Mr. Jaraah Mutlaq Al-Qazaah (Center for Practical Education) and the college’s digital transformation team, consisting of Hanan Al-Azmi, Hessa Al-Jammaz, and Sara Al-Rabiaa.
Dr. Sultan Al-Sahli emphasized that this transformation represents a new leap in the work mechanism, contributing to enhancing institutional performance efficiency and streamlining numerous procedures for all parties involved in field training, thereby facilitating work for everyone. He stated that this initiative aligns with the Center for Practical Education at the College of Education, Kuwait University, in its journey toward digitalization and electronic transformation.
It also embodies the college’s and university’s vision to digitally develop the institutional work system and apply corporate governance and sustainability standards.
On this occasion, the Dean of the College of Education and the Director of the Center for Practical Education honored the work team in appreciation of their efforts in completing this project.
