Ministry of Education Opens Applications for Trainee Teacher Positions at Egyptian-Japanese Schools
Cairo - Ahmed Sabri: The Egyptian-Japanese Schools Unit has announced the opening of applications for the position of “trainee teacher” within Egyptian-Japanese schools for a period ranging from one to two academic years, enabling trainees to gain practical experience and pedagogical qualification in accordance with the Japanese education philosophy.
The Ministry noted that the program aims to provide recent graduates, aged 21 to 23, with the opportunity to engage in a sophisticated educational environment and acquire practical professional and pedagogical experiences, thereby preparing them to work in the educational field with efficiency and professionalism, in line with the latest standards adopted for teacher preparation.
It clarified that the program is part of the Ministry’s efforts to prepare and qualify young educational cadres through an integrated model that combines practical training with pedagogical qualification. This contributes to preparing qualified teachers who possess professional competence and pedagogical skills, keeping pace with the latest trends and practices in developing the educational process, thereby supporting the Ministry’s orientation toward building educational cadres capable of continuing to develop the educational system.
The Ministry also emphasized that candidate selection will be based on precise criteria measuring competence, motivation to pursue the teaching profession, and the ability to demonstrate creativity in performing educational tasks. Trainee teachers will undergo a comprehensive training and qualification program, including practical training and continuous technical and academic support, within an interactive and motivating educational environment. This will equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge, qualifying them to become outstanding teachers capable of performing their educational duties efficiently and effectively.

Candidates are scheduled to undergo rigorous technical and personal evaluation stages aimed at measuring professional competence, personal capabilities, and readiness to work in accordance with the philosophy of Egyptian-Japanese schools, ensuring the selection of the best qualified candidates to join the school system.
The Ministry invited eligible individuals to apply through the dedicated website within the specified period, reaffirming its commitment to attracting qualified young talents to contribute to the development of the educational process.
