"Al-Raisa" Maggy in Ramadan

Artist Maggie Bougassim revealed details about her highly anticipated dramatic series “Al-Raisa,” scheduled for broadcast during the 2027 Ramadan season, confirming the renewal of her artistic collaboration with writer Nadine Jabr following a string of notable successes that previously brought them together. Regarding this new project, Maggie told “ET Arabic,” saying: “Of course, Nadine and I have achieved many successes together, and God willing, we will achieve many more. She is one of those people who knows how to challenge you with series and roles. We are doing something very new—a popular series—and the character I will play is one I am very happy with, because it is new to me and represents a fresh challenge.”

The series “Al-Raisa” continues the intense dramatic presence and successive successes that Maggie Bougassim has achieved in recent Ramadan seasons, starting with her success in the series “Aamal” (2024), followed by “Bal-Dam” (2025), and reaching “Al-Haram” (2026). Her 2027 project extends her career in portraying complex and evolving dramatic characters, betting on realistic portrayals and direct resonance with audiences.
