Ministry of Education Accepts Electronic Appeals for Excellent Work Awards Until September 30

Alaa Khalifa: The Ministry of Education announced the commencement of receiving appeals regarding excellence awards for employees of the Ministry’s General Secretariat, central administrations, and general administrations of educational districts for the calendar year 2025, through the Ministry’s electronic website under administrative services.

The Ministry clarified that the period for receiving appeals extends until September 30 of next year, for a duration of 60 days inclusive of Fridays and official holidays, with the review and examination of appeals to begin on October 1, 2026.

The Ministry indicated that if an appeal is submitted regarding the adjustment of employment status, secondment to the Ministry of Education, or financial differences related to rank, job title, or supervisory status, supporting documents verifying the accuracy of the data must be attached in a single PDF file.

The Ministry of Education called on all concerned parties to adhere to the specified time frame for submitting appeals, which will contribute to the swift completion of procedures, processing of requests, and disbursement of financial entitlements to eligible individuals.

On another note, the Ministry of Education announced the opening of a service to cancel transfer requests for educational staff, for those wishing to withdraw previously submitted transfer requests, through electronic services, until Tuesday the 4th of this month, via the Ministry’s electronic website.
