“Safe Summer with the Fire Department” Outlines Fire Safety Measures at Recreational, Maritime, and Residential Sites

The General Fire Force, represented by its Public Relations and Media Department, continued its summer awareness campaign under the slogan “A Safe Summer with the Fire Department,” which highlights safety procedures at recreational and marine sites and in homes, and raises awareness of the main causes of fires and accidents and ways to prevent them. The campaign was showcased at an event held today, Friday, at The Avenues Mall in the capital.

The campaign aims to raise awareness of the risks and causes of fires and drowning incidents, which increase during the summer season, and to promote a culture of prevention and reinforce safety concepts among members of society.

The campaign includes a variety of awareness programs that run throughout the summer season, featuring field exhibitions, educational lectures, marine tours, and visits to shopping malls, as well as government and private entities and institutions, to provide guidance on safety requirements and methods for preventing fires and accidents, and on proper response procedures in emergency situations.

The campaign also focuses on raising awareness of the importance of adhering to safety procedures at recreational and marine sites and in homes, and disseminating preventive guidelines that contribute to enhancing the readiness of society members and reducing risks.
