"Al Manzel from the National" strengthens its position as Kuwait's largest and most comprehensive specialized home financing program
National Bank of Kuwait continues to develop the “Home from NBK” program, the largest and most comprehensive specialized home financing program in Kuwait, which offers integrated financing solutions of up to KD 95,000, supported by a network of more than 70 strategic partners in the fields of design, construction, building, furniture, and home furnishings, thereby providing customers with a holistic experience that meets their various needs related to building, renovating, refurbishing, or furnishing their homes.
As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the customer experience and facilitate access to the program’s benefits, customers can now add “Home from NBK” to their Apple Wallet, enabling them to easily and quickly avail themselves of exclusive offers and benefits provided by participating entities. “Home from NBK” reflects National Bank of Kuwait’s vision of delivering solutions that go beyond traditional financing, by combining financial flexibility, supporting services, and exclusive offers that accompany customers throughout all stages of their housing journey, from planning to the completion of their residential projects.
The program is distinguished by a set of competitive features designed to provide maximum flexibility and convenience for customers. It offers flexible repayment periods tailored to their financial needs, a grace period for installments of up to 12 months, and swift processing of procedures, along with the option to obtain financing without the need to transfer salaries.
Program beneficiaries also enjoy a wide range of exclusive offers developed in collaboration with “Home from NBK” partners, helping them achieve real added value and reduce the costs of building, renovating, or furnishing their homes. For example, customers can save up to KD 5,000 when spending approximately KD 25,000 on building, renovating, or furnishing their homes, taking advantage of the diverse benefits and offers provided by the program.
Among the benefits offered by the program is a 10% cashback on the “Ameer” loyalty program by Bayat, as well as special benefits at IKEA, including a KD 200 shopping voucher when spending KD 500, allowing customers to achieve rewarding savings and use them across multiple visits.
