Al-Salmiya departs for Turkey to play four friendly matches

Hadi Al-Anazi The Al-Salmiya first football team departed this morning (Friday) for the Turkish city of Izmit to begin the second and final preparatory phase ahead of the upcoming Zain League First Division season, scheduled to kick off on August 25. The Turkish camp, which runs until August 17, will feature 33 players, along with the technical and administrative staff and the medical team. During the camp, the “Sky Blues” will play four friendly matches against Egyptian club ZED, Qatari club Al-Marikhia, and Algerian club Olympique de Chlef, while the fourth opponent has yet to be determined.
