Price of a barrel of Kuwaiti crude oil rises by $1.69 to reach $86.69

The price of a barrel of Kuwaiti crude oil rose by $1.69 to reach $86.69 per barrel in trading on Thursday, compared to $85 in trading on Tuesday, according to the price announced by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. In global markets, Brent crude futures fell by $1.71 to $89.03 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures dropped by 87 cents to $83.59 per barrel.
