Zain Strengthens Leadership Impact Through an Innovation-Based Corporate Culture

Zain Kuwait organized a specialized workshop titled “Consolidating the Culture of Innovation: Expanding the Impact of Leadership,” with the participation of a select group of the company’s leaders. This initiative is part of Zain’s ongoing efforts to develop leadership capabilities and embed an institutional culture rooted in innovation, fostering a work environment that encourages creative ideas and supports their transformation into sustainable organizational impact.

The two-day workshop was held at the Zain Innovation Center (ZINC) and formed part of a comprehensive plan to enhance leadership competencies. It aimed to equip leaders at all levels within the company with practical tools and methodologies to drive innovation, lead organizational change, and build cohesive, high-performing teams.

The workshop was facilitated by Warren Cass, an international speaker, leadership and organizational culture expert, and bestselling author. He shared insights and practical experiences highlighting the pivotal role of leaders in shaping an innovation culture, fostering collaboration, and amplifying their influence across teams and throughout the organization.

The session focused on embedding innovation into daily leadership practices and cultivating an innovative entrepreneurial environment that boosts employee productivity, empowers staff with the confidence and space to propose, test, and refine ideas, while enhancing leaders’ ability to navigate change, motivate their teams, and convert challenges into opportunities for growth and development.

The program covered several key themes, including leading an innovation culture, leadership influence and communication, building high-performance teams, driving organizational change, and creating sustainable leadership impact. The sessions combined interactive discussions with practical tools, enabling participants to exchange expertise and explore actionable methods applicable in their work environments.

Zain emphasized that investing in leadership development is a core component of its strategy to build a more resilient and future-ready organization.
