In the context of monitoring the development of government services and enhancing performance efficiency, Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah conducted an inspection tour of the public reception halls at the Authority, accompanied by the Authority’s Director General and several senior officials, to review the progress of operations, readiness levels, and the quality of services provided.

During the tour, Dr. Al-Huwailah examined the procedures for receiving and processing citizens’ transactions, listening to explanations regarding the implemented procedures and services. She emphasized the importance of elevating service quality, reducing transaction processing times, and providing a work environment that contributes to delivering a more efficient and seamless experience for citizens.

She also held a meeting to follow up on the latest developments of the computerization and digital transformation project, implemented in collaboration with Microsoft. The meeting reviewed the project’s achieved milestones and the executive plans for completing the control room, which is considered one of the key components of the digital transformation system.

She stressed that digital transformation represents a fundamental pillar for developing the government work system, enhancing performance efficiency, and raising service quality, in alignment with the state’s direction toward providing smart and sustainable government services that meet the aspirations of citizens and residents.

She underscored the necessity of accelerating the pace of the computerization project’s implementation and adhering to the specified timelines, while continuing coordination among all relevant parties to ensure the project is completed according to the highest technical and professional standards, thereby positively impacting service levels and enhancing institutional work efficiency.

At the conclusion of the tour, she commended the efforts of the staff, emphasizing that the upcoming phase requires continued teamwork and the leveraging of modern technologies to develop services and achieve the highest levels of citizen satisfaction, thereby strengthening the Authority’s progress in development and modernization.
