The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Al-Budaiwi, strongly condemned the renewed Iranian attacks on the territories of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the State of Kuwait, affirming that these attacks constitute a blatant violation of the sovereignty of states and the provisions of international law, and represent a dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region.
The Secretary-General reaffirmed the full solidarity of the GCC member states with the State of Kuwait and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and their support for all measures they take to safeguard their security and sovereignty.
