Saudi Crown Prince Discusses Areas of Cooperation Between the Two Countries with Spanish Prime Minister

Jeddah, KUNA: Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman held talks with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez on areas of cooperation between the two countries and ways to enhance it in several fields. The Saudi Press Agency reported on Tuesday that this came during a phone call between the Saudi Crown Prince and the Spanish Prime Minister, during which they also discussed a number of issues of mutual interest. The agency clarified that the Spanish Prime Minister expressed his country’s condemnation and rejection of the Houthi militia’s attacks on Saudi ships and their threat to freedom of navigation in the Red Sea. He emphasized Spain’s full support for the Kingdom and its backing of all measures taken to safeguard its security, sovereignty, and interests.
