Short circuit damages a diwaniya at a residence

Mansour Al-Sultan: Firefighters extinguished a fire that broke out in a citizen’s home in the Andalusia district yesterday evening due to an electrical short circuit, with no injuries reported. A security source said a report was received indicating that a house fire had erupted in the Andalusia area, prompting several firefighters to respond to the scene. The house was immediately evacuated, and the flames that had started in the diwaniya (reception room) were contained and extinguished in record time, with no injuries sustained.
