Actress Mai Selim continues filming scenes for her new series, “A Family That Works for Money,” in the Syrian capital, Damascus, in preparation for its upcoming release. The 15-episode social comedy brings together a star-studded cast from Egypt and Syria in a new artistic collaboration. Mai portrays an Egyptian woman married to the character played by actor Mohamed Tharwat. The story begins with the couple traveling to Damascus to finalize procedures related to a family inheritance, but events take an unexpected turn as they encounter a series of twists and unforeseen situations that plunge them into the heart of a plot filled with comedic moments and surprises.
