The Development and Training Administration Concluded the Workshop on "Course Description for Municipal Services Inspector"

The Kuwait Municipality, represented by the Administrative Development and Training Department – Training Monitoring, organized a training workshop titled “Course Description for the Municipal Services Inspector Course,” in collaboration with the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training. The workshop, held on the 26th and 27th of the current month, aims to prepare and develop a scientific and methodological description of the courses for the Municipal Services Inspector Course, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of training content, standardizing learning outcomes, and improving the efficiency of inspectors in line with field work requirements and best professional practices. Fatima Abdulwahid Maarefi and Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Badawi from the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training delivered the workshop, presenting the scientific and practical foundations of course description and the mechanisms for preparing them in accordance with approved training standards, while discussing ways to develop training programs to keep pace with the municipality’s operational needs. This workshop comes within the framework of the municipality’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with academic and training institutions and developing the training system to contribute to preparing qualified personnel capable of performing their duties efficiently and with excellence.
