Ministry of Health launches digital vaccination reminder service via 'Sahel' and 'Salim' apps

The Ministry of Health has launched a new digital service to remind users of upcoming vaccination appointments via the “Sahl” and “Salim” apps. The service sends a reminder notification 48 hours before the scheduled vaccination date, as well as alerts users to any changes made to their vaccination appointments. This initiative aims to support adherence to vaccination schedules and dose timings for both children and adults, thereby enhancing disease prevention and safeguarding the health of individuals and the community. Additionally, the service improves the user experience by ensuring privacy, saving time and effort, and leveraging digital solutions to deliver healthcare services.
