The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development announced yesterday that Al-Shaikh Group has contributed US$5 million to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund, launched on July 5, with the aim of enhancing national preparedness and improving Kuwait’s capacity to respond promptly to exceptional circumstances.
In a press statement, the Fund clarified that this initiative embodies Al-Shaikh Group’s social and national responsibility, reflecting its conviction in the importance of collective efforts to support national initiatives aimed at strengthening the country’s overall readiness.
