Minister of Labour: 2,300 new job opportunities in the El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant project
Cairo - Ahmed Sabri: Minister of Manpower Hassan Radad announced yesterday the provision of 2,300 new job opportunities for youth in cooperation with the Russian company “Trust Rosatom,” one of the firms working on the El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant project. This initiative is part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to provide decent employment opportunities for major national projects, in line with the political leadership’s directives to support employment and reduce unemployment rates.
He clarified that the available opportunities include 300 positions for electric, argon, and CO2 welders; 500 positions for metal structure installation technicians; 500 positions for assistant workers; 500 positions for reinforced iron workers; and 500 positions for concrete workers. Salaries reach up to 40,000 Egyptian pounds, depending on experience and test results, in addition to three daily meals, accommodation, social and health insurance, and transportation to and from the work site.
Trust Rosatom has scheduled tests from Sunday to Thursday each week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the company’s office near the North Coast cafeteria in El Dabaa city, Matrouh Governorate. Interested individuals can inquire by contacting the following numbers: 01029951811 and 01040988442.

He emphasized that the required documents after passing the tests include a birth certificate, work coupon, an insurance printout confirming the applicant is not currently insured, a copy of the national ID card, military service certificate, criminal record certificate (“criminal file”), eight passport-sized photos, and Form 111 for conscription.
