The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, yesterday honored Captain Rakan Fahad Al-Otaibi and First Lieutenant Khalid Tami Al-Mutairi, both from the personnel of the Security Directorates Affairs Sector, in recognition of their dedication, loyalty, and excellence in handling the public. The ceremony was attended by Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs, Major General Hamad Al-Munaifi.
