The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, today on Monday honored Captain Rakan Fahad Al-Atiabi and First Lieutenant Khalid Tami Al-Mutairi, both from the personnel of the Security Directorates Affairs Sector, in recognition of their dedication, loyalty, and excellence in handling the public.
