Kuwait Real Estate Company sponsors Kuwait Injaz Field Training Exhibition for the Second Consecutive Year

Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company announced its sponsorship, for the second consecutive year, of the “Kuwait Achievers” (Injaz Kuwait) field training exhibition, hosting it at Symphony Mall from July 21 to 23, 2026. This initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting and empowering youth, enhancing human capital development, and reinforcing principles of corporate social responsibility and sustainability (ESG).

Symphony Mall provided a comprehensive environment to welcome students and graduates, alongside participating companies and institutions, offering an interactive platform for direct communication between trainees seeking opportunities and employers. The exhibition aims to introduce university and college students to field training programs, thereby contributing to the development of their practical skills and enhancing their readiness for the job market.

Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company also participated with a dedicated pavilion, showcasing its diverse portfolio of real estate projects and highlighting available field training opportunities across various sectors of the company. The company received applications from students and graduates, underscoring its dedication to attracting promising national talent.

In this context, Mohammed Ghunafiri, Executive Vice President for Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company, stated: “At Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company, we believe that investing in youth is investing in the future, and that field training represents a crucial step in preparing national talent.”

For her part, Leila Hilal Al-Mutairi, CEO of Kuwait Achievers (Injaz Kuwait), affirmed that the exhibition continues to fulfill its mission of building bridges of communication between educational institutions and the business sector. She praised the ongoing strategic partnership with Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company, saying: “We are proud to continue our partnership with Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company for the second consecutive year, which exemplifies the private sector’s commitment to supporting students and graduates and empowering them to gain practical experience.
