Fuad Ali: Chemistry with Rawan Mahdi is positive

The series “Karma,” which aired on the Dubai Plus platform, has garnered impressive viewership ratings recently, largely due to its gripping dramatic plot that unveils the turmoil behind the perfect facade of an aristocratic family. Conflicts escalate between the two sisters, Karma and Falak, turning their rivalry into an open confrontation where blood ties are shattered by betrayal, intrigue, and the struggle for survival. The series was written by Sahab, directed by Mohammed Kazem, and features an ensemble cast including Nour Al-Dulaimi, Rawan Mahdi, Fouad Ali, Maram Al-Balushi, Abdullah Al-Turkmani, Fahd Al-Bunai, Zainab Bahman, Ahmed Al-Awadhi, Shahd Khasraw, Asrar Dehrab, Hassan Al-Mutawa, and others.

Fouad Ali portrays the character “Issa,” a calm young man who loses his parents in an accident and is subsequently raised by one of his father’s friends, before events trigger significant transformations in his personality.

In the same vein, Fouad expressed his happiness at collaborating with actress Rawan Mahdi. In an interview with ET Arabic, he added, “We appreciate and respect each other. On camera, we share a chemistry and a pleasant atmosphere that positively reflected on the series. The cast is distinguished, and the concept is beautiful and captivating.”

Notably, Fouad Ali participated in last Eid al-Adha season through the play “Al-Khiran Park,” written by Ahmed Al-Awadhi and directed by Shamalan Al-Nassar. The play features an ensemble cast including Haya Abdul Salam, Bashar Al-Shatti, Abdullah Abdul Razaq, Sumoud Al-Mu’min, Iman Al-Husseini, alongside Lebanese actress Maggy Bougassas. The play evokes one of Kuwait’s most prominent tourist landmarks, taking the audience on a journey filled with nostalgia and memories associated with the place and its emotional significance across different generations.
