Barmada witnessed: “The time has come”: My personality resembles

Sahar Barmada released her new song “It’s Time,” with lyrics by Basila Al-Halou, composition by Tariq Shams, and arrangement, mixing, and mastering by Hisham Bindeqji, produced by “Al-Mousika Hayat” (Music Is Life). This work marks the first collaboration between Sahar and poet Basila Al-Halou on a dedicated song, while representing their second collaboration with composer Tariq Shams, following the track “My Feelings Are Zero.”

According to the website Fawasya, Barmada explained that the song continues the narrative she presented in her previous work. She said, “After ‘My Feelings Are Zero,’ in which I portrayed a story of betrayal and brought a girl’s emotions to a point of zero, it was necessary to continue the story with determination and insistence on overcoming all difficulties. From this emerged ‘It’s Time,’ which carries a message for all broken dreams and for all stories that ended in sadness and sorrow: there is always a new beginning and an opportunity to rise again.”

She emphasized that the song’s content closely aligns with her personality and outlook on life, adding, “The strength present in ‘It’s Time’ resembles me greatly. The themes of challenge and perseverance in the song are close to my personality and to the way I view life. It is a song about perseverance and about believing that no matter how difficult the obstacles, we must continue on our path and create new hope.”

Expressing her pride in the project, she said, “I am very proud of this song, its theme, and all the details and the manner in which it was produced. I hope it reaches people and receives the exposure and listenership it deserves.”
