Finance Minister Redetermines Sale Prices of Tender Documents and Practices

Finance Minister Dr. Yaqoub Al-Rafai issued a ministerial decision regarding the determination and approval of the selling prices of tender documents and practices, as well as appeal fees, by the Procurement Unit or the Procurement Committee of the Central Tenders Board.

According to Decision No. 35 of 2026, Article One stipulates that the fees due for the sale of tender documents or practices provided by the Central Tenders Board shall be set as follows: 10 dinars for estimated values under 2,000 dinars; 20 dinars for estimated values ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 dinars; 30 dinars for estimated values ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 dinars; and 50 dinars for estimated values ranging from 30,000 to 75,000 dinars.

Article Two of the decision stipulates that the fees due for appeals submitted to the Procurement Unit or the Procurement Committee of the Central Tenders Board shall be determined as follows:

1. 250 dinars for prequalification-related appeals, concerning all prequalification procedures.

2. 125 dinars for appeals related to participation in restricted practices, specifically concerning appeals to add a company’s name to the restricted practices list.

3. 500 dinars for practice-related appeals, according to the estimated value of each practice, where the estimated value of the practice is from 5,000 dinars and does not exceed 30,000 dinars.

4. 1,000 dinars for practice-related appeals, according to the estimated value of each practice, where the estimated value of the practice is from 30,000 dinars and does not exceed 75,000 dinars.
