Minister of Social Affairs Discusses the Ministry's Needs for Vocational and Technical Specializations with the Director of the Applied Studies Institute

Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, received the Director General of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam, to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation in support of the Ministry’s needs for qualified national cadres.

The meeting addressed the vocational and technical specializations required by the sectors of the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities, in line with operational requirements and to improve the efficiency of services provided to beneficiaries.

Minister Al-Huwail emphasized the importance of aligning educational and training outcomes with the labor market needs of entities under the Ministry and the Authority, and of supporting persons with disabilities, thereby contributing to attracting qualified national talent, enhancing performance quality, and advancing institutional development.

Both sides also discussed coordination and cooperation mechanisms between the Ministry and the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training to provide the required specializations and prepare cadres capable of meeting the needs of various sectors, serving the public interest and enhancing the efficiency of government work.
