Among the events is “The Night of the Absentee’s Return,” featuring a concert by Fadl Shaker under the baton of Maestro Hany Farhat, scheduled for the evening of August 6 at Stage 3 of the Qatar National Convention Centre, following a period of absence from public appearances there.
