The Jordanian Armed Forces announced on Friday the interception and downing of seven Iranian missiles and six drones. A senior military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army stated in a press release that air defense systems and Royal Jordanian Air Force aircraft shot down seven missiles and six drones launched from Iran, which targeted Jordanian territory. The source clarified that the interception and downing operation resulted in no casualties or material damage, and that Royal Engineers units moved to the debris impact sites and handled them in accordance with established technical and security procedures.
