Kuwayt condemns and denounces the incursion of crowds of settlers into Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of occupation forces

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Kuwait’s condemnation and denunciation of the incursion by crowds of settlers into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, under the protection of Israeli occupation forces and with the participation of ministers in the occupation government, which constitutes a grave violation of international law and international humanitarian law.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Kuwait’s firm rejection of all provocative practices that undermine the legal and historical status quo in Jerusalem and its holy sites, renewing its call on the international community to assume its responsibilities to halt these violations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Kuwait’s steadfast position supporting the Palestinian cause and the legitimate rights of the fraternal Palestinian people, foremost among which is the establishment of their independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
