Dismissal of Board Members of a Cooperative Society in Al-Farwaniya Governorate

Dr. Amthal Al-Huwail, Minister of Social Affairs, Labor, and Social Development, issued a decision to remove members from the board of directors of a cooperative society in the Al-Farwaniya governorate, following financial and administrative violations identified in the audit report prepared by the committee responsible for reviewing the society’s operations and accounts, as well as the relevant advisory committee.

The decision comes as part of efforts to strengthen governance, protect shareholders’ funds, and ensure the proper functioning of cooperative societies.
