ZainTECH, the digital solutions arm of the Zain Group, has announced a strategic partnership with Nile, a leading and innovative company in the Secure Network as a Service (Secure NaaS) space, to deliver its secure network solutions in the United Arab Emirates and the Levant region. This collaboration aims to support AI-driven transformation initiatives that are currently hindered by traditional network infrastructures.
Founded by former Cisco executives John Chambers and Pankaj Patel, Nile offers a radically simplified architecture for enterprise campus networking, specifically designed for the AI era. Its Secure NaaS solutions integrate Zero Trust security, cloud services, and autonomous operations, contributing to a reduction in technical support requests (operational tickets) of up to 99%, a 60% decrease in costs, and a 60% to 100% reduction in security breaches compared to traditional infrastructures.
Nile’s infrastructure-as-a-service solutions have helped transform network infrastructure from a capital burden into a strategic business enabler. By integrating autonomous operations, Zero Trust Architecture, and AI-powered cloud services into a unified managed service model, these solutions redefine how enterprises manage networks by eliminating complexity and enhancing security.
With the accelerating adoption of cloud computing, the expansion of AI initiatives, and the growing reliance of the workforce on distributed work models, enterprise network requirements have undergone a radical shift in recent years. Traditional branch and campus network infrastructures were not designed to meet these new demands, as they suffer from limited operational flexibility, security gaps, and burdens associated with traditional capital expenditure (CapEx) spending models.
The ZainTECH and Nile Secure NaaS solutions were specifically designed to meet these needs by providing an autonomous, AI-powered, cloud-delivered networking solution. This approach grants enterprises the flexibility, reliability, and operational simplicity required to achieve their digital ambitions.
These solutions target multi-site organizations in the healthcare, hospitality, education, banking, and manufacturing sectors, as well as the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. In these industries, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and distributed connectivity are essential to ensuring operational continuity, given the limited IT resources available to them.
Andrew Hanna, CEO of ZainTECH, stated: “Enterprise networks are no longer keeping pace with the rapid evolution in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, automation, and business environments that have become increasingly distributed. Many organizations still rely on infrastructure models that are costly to operate, difficult to scale, and challenging to secure.”
For his part, Mike Weston, Head of International Sales at Nile, said: “Enterprises preoccupied daily with the challenges posed by their traditional networks require a simpler, more secure, and more adaptable environment. In collaboration with ZainTECH, Nile is pleased to offer a solution that acts as a force multiplier for IT teams, enabling the network to become a strategic business enabler within a cost-effective and efficient financial structure.”
