Al-Burjisi: What National Guard personnel provide reflects the depth of loyalty and attachment to the nation's soil

The Directorate of Moral Guidance issued a new issue of “Kuwait National Guard Magazine,” documenting the efforts of National Guard personnel in confronting the reprehensible Iranian aggression, in cooperation with members of the Ministries of Defense and Interior and the General Fireforce.

In the issue’s editorial, Deputy Commander of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Hamad Al-Burjisi, emphasized that the true mettle of men is not revealed in times of prosperity, but rather in moments of hardship and crisis, where those with resolute wills emerge, carrying in their hearts the honor of sacrifice and sincere loyalty to the nation.

Lieutenant General Al-Burjisi noted that National Guard heroes, alongside their brothers in the Kuwaiti Army, the Ministry of Interior, and the General Fireforce, have demonstrated their high capacity to shoulder responsibility and fulfill their national trust, embodying the highest levels of readiness and preparedness to defend Kuwait and safeguard its security and stability. He affirmed that storms and challenges only strengthen their resolve and steadfastness.

He clarified that the contributions made by National Guard personnel during this period reflect the depth of their loyalty and attachment to the nation’s soil, and embody authentic military values rooted in honor, fidelity, and sacrifice. He stressed that protecting Kuwait and its security remains a steadfast mission carried by its loyal sons with pride and responsibility.

He added that the sacrifices made by members of military and security institutions represent a national model to emulate, and that unity of ranks and cohesion among various specialized agencies were among the fundamental pillars in enhancing the country’s security and dealing with various exceptional circumstances with efficiency and competence.
