CENTCOM: We altered the course of eight commercial vessels and disabled one to ensure the full implementation of the Iran blockade

U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that U.S. military forces had diverted the course of eight commercial vessels and disrupted nine others since the resumption of the naval blockade on Iran. In a post on its X account, CENTCOM stated: “Every operational success in the Middle East begins and ends with the focus of armed forces personnel on their missions, including the U.S. blockade imposed on Iran. As of July 21, U.S. forces had diverted eight commercial vessels and disrupted one vessel to ensure the full implementation of the blockade.”
