Bahraini Crown Prince and Lebanese Prime Minister Discuss Developments in Regional and International Arenas

Bahraini Crown Prince and Prime Minister Sheikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa held a telephone conversation on Tuesday with Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam to discuss the latest developments in the regional and international arenas and issues of mutual interest. According to the Bahrain News Agency, the Lebanese Prime Minister expressed his condemnation of Iran’s despicable and ongoing attacks against the Kingdom of Bahrain, reaffirming Lebanon’s steadfast support for Bahrain in safeguarding its security and sovereignty. For his part, the Bahraini Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his deep appreciation and gratitude for Lebanon’s positions, its sincere feelings of solidarity, and its support for the Kingdom of Bahrain. The call also underscored the deep, close fraternal relations between Bahrain and Lebanon and the mutual commitment to continue enhancing cooperation and coordination between the two brotherly countries in pursuit of shared objectives.
