The Diwan of Civil Service and the World Bank discussed supporting human resource development efforts to enhance government performance efficiency

The head of the Diwan of Civil Service, Dr. Essam Al-Rabean, received a delegation from the World Bank Group, led by Azhar Iqbal Hussain, Director of the World Bank Group’s office in Kuwait. The meeting was attended by Narjes Yahya Abdulrasoul, Assistant Undersecretary at the Diwan of Civil Service; Abdulaziz Al-Faleh, Director of the External Training Department; and Saud Al-Mansour, Head of the Technical Follow-up Section at the External Training Department.
This visit comes as part of efforts to strengthen mutual cooperation and leverage the expertise of specialized international institutions in training to enhance the institutional capacities of government sector employees. During the meeting, both sides discussed future training initiatives and programs aimed at supporting human resource development efforts to improve government performance in line with international best practices.
