Sheikh Abdullah Al-Mushal, in a statement to journalists on the sidelines of the Chinese Embassy in Kuwait’s celebration of the 99th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Army, said he was pleased to participate in the occasion, extending his sincere congratulations to the Chinese Ambassador to Kuwait, the military attaché, embassy staff, and the friendly government and people of the People’s Republic of China.

He added that this occasion represents an opportunity to appreciate the distinguished relations between Kuwait and China, which are based on bonds of friendship and strategic partnership, particularly in the fields of defense and security.
