Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, held a telephone conversation with Hussein al-Sheikh, Vice President of the State of Palestine, to discuss the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement on Monday that the call addressed ways to enhance joint efforts to realize the aspirations of the Palestinian people, alongside discussions on several regional issues of mutual interest.
Meanwhile, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan discussed with Ajit Doval, India’s National Security Advisor, on Monday the latest regional developments and efforts to enhance energy security and protect waterways. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted in a statement that this took place during Prince Faisal bin Farhan’s reception of India’s National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval, in Riyadh. The statement added that the meeting reviewed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen the strategic partnership between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India.
