The General Fire Force urged prospective tenants wishing to rent shops within commercial complexes and facilities to ensure that the property holds a valid fire license before signing the lease agreement. It emphasized that this step facilitates the procedures for obtaining the tenant’s fire license to conduct their business, and ensures compliance with fire prevention and safety requirements.

In an awareness post, the Force clarified that verifying the validity of the facility’s fire license is an important measure tenants should undertake before signing the lease, as it helps avoid delays or complications when completing licensing procedures. It also ensures that the building meets fire prevention standards.

The Force stressed that the fire license serves as evidence of the facility’s commitment to approved safety requirements.
