Al-Mulla Group Honors Engineering Graduates of the Summer Training Program in the Real Estate Sector

Al-Mulla Real Estate Sector, one of the key sectors within the Al-Mulla Group, successfully concluded its one-month summer training program, marking the occasion with a special awards ceremony recently held at the Group’s headquarters in Shuwaikh to celebrate the achievements of the participating trainees.

During the event, Head of Human Resources Faisal Al-Mutairi, accompanied by Real Estate Sector Head Fahad Al-Khatrash, Human Resources Manager Ahmed Al-Eid, and Al-Mulla Real Estate Design Department Manager Mais Saratawi, presented completion certificates to the trainees: Hamad Al-Fassam, Mohammed Al-Sardi, and Khazna Al-Mutairi, in recognition of their dedication, commitment, and successful fulfillment of the program requirements.

Designed as a one-month summer training program, the initiative aimed to provide architecture students with practical experience in architectural design within a comprehensive professional environment, combining applied learning with real-world field expertise. Trainees’ activities included reviewing structural plans, participating in site visits, preparing preliminary design proposals for selected sites, and learning how to integrate Kuwait Municipality regulations, building codes, and client requirements into the design process.

By bridging academic knowledge with professional practice, the program succeeded in equipping participants with valuable technical skills and providing them with a deeper understanding of the architectural profession.
