Al-Ahly begins training in preparation for the new season

Kuwait Club’s first team began training yesterday in preparation for the start of the new season on the 25th of next month. The “Whites” trained with 16 players under the guidance of Tunisian assistant coach Karim Chadli, awaiting the arrival of the new Portuguese manager, Alexandre Santos.

Professional defenders Congolese Malick Zola and Moroccan Amin Abou El Fath, midfielders Bahraini Mohammed Marhoon and Tunisian striker Taha Yassine Khenissi, and new Brazilian signing Carlos Vinicius “Carlinhos” are scheduled to join the squad in the coming days.

The Kuwait Club’s management has signed the trio of Hassan Hamdan, Abdullah Al-Qarazi, and Salman Al-Awadi during the current summer transfer window to strengthen various lines of the team.

Some local players are absent from the current training sessions as they have been granted leave by the administrative staff.
