His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, received His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid. His Highness also received His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah, the Prime Minister. His Highness received the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousif. His Highness also received the Minister of Defense, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ali. His Highness received the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Jara Al-Jaber.

On another note, His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad, sent a message of condolence to President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, expressing his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy for the victims of the fire that broke out at the Al-Mas’ifa Children’s Institution in the municipality of Mohammadia, east of the Algerian capital, which resulted in casualties and injuries. His Highness prayed to Almighty God to have mercy on the deceased, grant them Paradise, inspire their families with patience and solace, and grant the injured a swift recovery and good health.
