Ministry of Labour: No violations of the decision banning outdoor labor during midday hours

Kuwait officials: The Public Authority for Manpower announced that it received 25 reports concerning workers employed in open-air locations during midday hours, noting that it had not identified any violations of Ministerial Decision No. 3/2026 regarding midday work. In a statement, the authority said it conducted inspections at 356 sites between June 1 and June 30 last year, and granted exemptions to six sites after receiving requests for such exceptions. It added that the number of workers at the inspected sites totaled 378, with no violations of the ban confirmed.
