Computer Inside a Wallet.. Developer Reveals an Ultra-Slim Device with a Thickness of No More Than 1 mm

A tech developer has succeeded in creating an ultra-thin computer roughly the size of traditional bank cards, a notable step that could reshape the future of small mobile devices. The device, named “Max Card,” is just 1 millimeter thick, allowing it to be easily carried in a wallet alongside everyday cards.
According to a report published by Digital Trends, the project relies on integrated components including a flexible e-ink display, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, support for Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, as well as motion sensors and a very small battery, despite the device’s extremely compact size.
The developer, known as “Krauseler” on the GitHub platform, focused on making the design capable of withstanding bending and pressure inside wallets, using flexible circuit boards and a specialized component layout to minimize mechanical stress on the parts.
Although “Max Card” remains an open-source experimental project and not a commercial product, enthusiasts of modern technologies see it as representing a new trend toward so-called “invisible computing,” where digital devices become more integrated into everyday tools and less conspicuous to users.
