Sabah Al-Ahmad for Talent Launches Google for Education Professional Development Program in Education 2026
The Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Talent and Creativity, one of the centers under the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences, announced the launch of the 2026 Program Development Professional Google for Education, aimed at empowering teachers, educational leaders, and specialists in scientific and educational fields.
In a statement to KUNA, the center clarified that the program also enables teachers to develop their digital skills and utilize Google Workspace for Education tools and artificial intelligence technologies in teaching and learning environments, in accordance with best practices and global standards.
It added that the program, launched in collaboration with Google for Education, will take place from August 30 to September 3, 2026, at the Talent Academy in the Sabah Al-Ahmad region, over five intensive training days from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily. It includes a series of practical workshops, collaborative activities, and project-based learning experiences.
The program focuses on key areas including Google Workspace for Education tools, AI culture, prompt engineering, assessment and digital communication strategies, designing interactive classrooms, and project-based learning, as well as familiarizing participants with the requirements for the Google Certified Educator Level 1 certification.
