Loss of Kuwaiti Citizenship for 38 Individuals

The Supreme Committee for the Realization of Kuwaiti Citizenship issued Decision No. (11/62) of 2026, stripping Kuwaiti citizenship from 38 individuals. This decision was based on Article 11 of Amir’s Decree No. 15 of 1959 concerning the Kuwaiti Citizenship Law and its amendments.
