Al-Harbi: 65 violations issued and 136 establishments inspected in Al-Jahra

The Public Relations Department of the Kuwait Municipality announced that inspection tours were conducted throughout June across the governorate to oversee auditing and follow up on municipal services at the Al-Jahra Governorate Municipality branch, ensuring compliance with municipal conditions and regulations.

Saad Al-Harbi, Director of the Auditing and Municipal Services Follow-up Department in Al-Jahra Governorate, stated that statistics revealed the inspection of 136 establishments, resulting in 65 violations ranging from failure to maintain signage and operating shops after the expiration of their licenses. Additionally, 18 warnings were issued during June.

Al-Harbi noted that inspectors in the governorate would continue their field tours, persisting in monitoring and tracking violators of the systems and regulations enforced by the municipality, and alerting shop owners to the necessity of adhering to municipal laws and regulations to avoid violations.
